All the application submitted on your web EKYC portal are directly fetch to your backoffice software.
Follow the steps below-
Step 1 : Login to your Backoffice software with user name and password.
Step 2: Go to Utilities>>UCC Operations>>Online EKYC Dashboard.
Step 3 : You can view all the application here.
Change From Date, To Date and request Type according to your preference.
You can change request type for Pending, Cancel, Complete and Verified as well.
Step 4 : For edit or view requests, select the client row and click on the pencil icon which direct you to the clients main details.
Step 5 : Here you can view all the details submitted by the client. You can add brokerage and other Backoffice details from here as well.
Step 6 : Check all detail carefully. You can not verify any request if its status is not ESign.
Step 7: After review, "assign new account id" to the client and click to verify column(Click on a green tick next to new account id column).
Step 8 : After successful verification change request type to verified. You can see your verified clients here.
Step 9 : Now for e-Sign, click on send E-sign request column. and wait for few seconds.
Step 11 : For Client E-sign status Click on "E-sign status check" column. if client signed the document successfully it will updated to completed.
Step 12 : Click on Complete Process. After successful Transfer you will notify 1 record Added or Updated.
Step 13 : After successful you will notify 1 record Added or Updated.
Step 14 : Now you can transfer this client to main. Change request type to complete. Go to the client row which you want to Transfer to main. Click on Transfer to main column.
Step 15 : After Success you will notify "Request has been process successfully."
Step 16 : Now go to your client dashboard and insert new account id which is assign to the client in client code and tab.
Step 17 : Your client is registered now. You can view client details here.
